Kahan mehnga hai, 4.5 crore ka hi to hai bas. Wah boss kya logic dia hai. Top 1 percent of the country earns 3 lakh 70 thousand per month. Even people in top 1 percent are not able to afford a home in Gurgaon as Loan emi for about 3-3.5 crore will be 3 lakh+ and here you are justifying the high prices in Gurgaon. Tum log bin pende ke lote ho, har video mein alag.

I bought ready to move 2bhk floor from BPTP from their unsold inventory. But the builder is not giving me possession since 7 months after BPTP taking full payment of 1.5 cr. What should I do. We being senior citizen has been cheated. Builder is saying that they are repairing roof . After repair they shall handover. Every builder is cheating. In view of this the market shall crash.

@signatureglobal is cheating, I had booked shop in Millenia 1 sec 37d in 2019, they delayed the project by 2_3 years but for a delay of 30 days took full interest, but did paid anything for delay on their part. In march 2023 they sent notice for payment for possesion as OC was recieved , they have taken full payment plus interest but still not given handover. Also they took advance maintaince for full year, yet not given possesion. They are charging maintaince wothout giving handover. Kindly avoid this company. Only go for ready to move in project by signature global..

Signature has sold all DDJAY flats claiming as luxury flats, you need to visit and see all societies at least once. Using big names will not make signature Mercedes

All builders are same, once sale is done customers chase them for small small things. It is best to enter in project before OC when investors exit and end users enters.

Signature Global selling flat on 179 Sq yd 1.8 to 2 Cr range. Which you will get after 5-6 years from now. Location Sohna side main toll plaza ke pass. It's not worth buying it at least today. Naya flat 2-4 saal main purana ho jayga... Aur purana flat 10-15 lack main naya ho sakta hai. Let me know if somebody agrees with me.
