Gold import reduction is due to upcoming govt payment for old SGB and due to this decision gold crashed by 6-7% . So govt has to pay less to SGB holders ,whose bonds are getting matured very soon. Basically govt cheated them

Rightly explained. I can't figure out exactly whats running in their minds but government shouldn't curb LTCG rule. I endorse your view that now onwords public will find solution in dealing in B part mainly, just to avoid paying hefty taxes.

Indexation is no class-middle class, neither it is continuance of plain stupidity on the lines of 4th floor noc fiasco. It is just that leadership has decided on pappo as his successor to avoid comparison as someone taking over from the bjp. Advantage Hooda on this hit wicket!!

LTCG on real Estate : Main thing is govt is pushing more frequent transactions for STAMP DUTY gains For GOLD " reduction in custom directly reduces gold prices i.e SGB ( most of them are maturing this year) -- now govt don't have to pay them back inflated rates but since this is priced at current prices so definetly profit for govt."

This is probably a good thing for salaried class. They had to still give taxes on anything and everything. All those black money earners who invested in property will now have to pay taxes whenever they have to sell it. That's a good thing. You don't like it because you don't pay it. No businessman pays it.

GLS central avenue 92.. After 1.5 year of the draw now builder is saying EC has not been received and as per govt.. GLS hasn’t applied for the EC.. Scam from GLS this..
