I gotta say I feel bad you have to say “don’t come at me” and explain that your daughter had a snack before dinner, some kids don’t eat a ton! When I was 6 I was eating the same amount of food as my 16 year old brother despite being a tiny little girl because my metabolism was so high and cuz dinner was often right after soccer practice or games so I was starving, where as my older sister would eat much less than me. Guess what she was a picky eater and had a low metabolism plus she had bigger after school snacks. What I’m trying to say is these people have no right to judge what you feel your kids, you as their parent know what they likely will and won’t eat and plate their food accordingly and besides you can always give them more later if they want it!

Ignore the dum hounding comments calling you out You made a meal, fed them, made them eat what they needed to eat AND listened to their wants at the same time This is only a small snapshot of your life and your parenting, but it reflects well on you. Ignore those who don’t know. There are many right ways to parent. At least on the surface, it appears you’re using one!

If your kid won't eat what you put in in front of them then they can go hungry until they eat it. You can't just let your kids run your life that's what's wrong these days parents let kids run them. If that was my child who was a picky eater she was going to sit there and eat what was put in front of her it doesn't matter if she liked it or not. Why should you do multiple meals in one sitting that does not make any sense it's a waste of food.

It’s almost as if…people can feed their kids however they want. As long as they’re getting fed who gives a shit? Imagine being soooo upset about how someone else feed their kids. Sorry i just came to say my 7 year old is a sparse eater and seen the only comment was negative. I think as long as kids are healthy and loved the rest isn’t my place to judge. Because we’re all doing our best

hey so this mindset you have is genuinely insane! my parents did that to me and now im anorexic. do NOT force your kids to eat foods they dont want clearly they dont want it for a reason. the girl is young and she ate something before dinner so she couldnt finish it. your acting like they cant put it in the fridge and eat it the next day, please never have children

We enjoy plain white rice 😊 and jasmine rice is actually very flavorful, we do however cook ours with salt and oil in the pot but that’s a personal preference

Sometimes kids are picky and it’s best to make things bland so they can add seasonings or condiments they want, that’s what my mom did for us growing up, then if we didn’t like it it was our fault and we learned.

I like these kinds of videos but my kid is definitely going to be the healthy weirdo. The only thing I'd let her have out of all of that is the carrots and apple. I've just seen how the SAD (Standard American Diet) has hurt my health and I'm hoping my daughter will avoid that.
