Thank you for the video - good stuff :) I never had that much luck with the exhaust/manifold gasket material when trying to be precise. So i figured out, that clamping the gasket material between two thinish pieces of wood, and screwing them tightly together, i could use basic tools to get really nice gaskets. I can drill out the holes with regular brad point bits and forstner bits, cut along the outside with bandsaw/jigsaw and creep up on edges with a belt sander and dremel. No burrs, no raised edges, no damage and perfect results, just from a template made from placing painters tape over the surface i needed the gasket for, and making the outline with the side of a pencils lead (or a dirty finger :) )

Sure most will figure it out. To remove black bezel go in your back seat I have 03’ 4 door fold back seats down and you can now access trunk/bed crawl in and there’s 3 middle screws IGNORE THEM there’s 2 small screws on each side of those 3 middle screws. Remove the 2 screws it’s a T30 torx now black bezel will pop off and u can get in/see better.

My bracket was pulled out of deck. Took an old blade and cut it to fit under the deck and welded on with the hole of old blade lined up with bracket hole. Then got a bolt long enough to extend through bracket to put pulley back on. Very strong and the cheesey bracket doesn't have any pressure on it.

Hello, thank you so much for the video. I am having some issues with mine. The heat works fine. Ac is having issues. The second the compressor clutch kicks, the belt stops unit dies. I can't figure what is going on. I will be glad if you can help. Thank you so much
@hillbillyholler516
@hillbillyholler516 8 ай бұрын
Check and see if the compressor is locked up. Do that by making sure the kill switch is in the stop position. Then using yout hand try to turn the center of the compressor clutch. Do not try to turn tge pully just the center of the pully. If you can't turn it then your a/c compressor is locked up and needs replaced.

UPDATE: Since I received this knife, I have been using it everyday and I have not even sharpened it at all yet. I have honed it after some rough use but I honestly don't even know why I even did that when the knife was still insanely sharp (force of habit I suppose!) My only problem with Jeo Tec is that they don't make larger knives, like a 9 or 10 inch, so I'm going to have to buy a Becker BK9 since I don't want to lug a machete around in the bush to blaze a trail. Anyway, The more I use this knife, especially with friends around me, tends to build up sentimental value on it. I too, had a knife that was of very sentimental value that I lost, not because it was given to me, but because of the times I've had with it, especially around a good friend who used it multiple times but who died in a drowning accident many years ago. It killed me when I lost it so, I get it. Hopefully you are able to do a lot of cool stuff with your no.37. Please do a follow up video, I would love to see it. Also, you do know you could go to Bucks website and get the 119 in S35VN right? I might decide to get one but what I really need is a bigger knife.

What size are those fittings coming off that primary tank??
@hillbillyholler516
@hillbillyholler516 Жыл бұрын
3/8, 5/8,and 3/4 pipe thread. On most. You can take a bad fitting in , and match it up...it depends on the fitting. Find a bad fitting then take it to a hardware store like ace for a comparable compression fitting. I can't tell you a fitting size unless I physically see it in person.

How can i add Coolant to the apu or does it share from the Engine?
@hillbillyholler516
@hillbillyholler516 Жыл бұрын
I haven't seen one share coolant to the engine except a rigmaster. The tgermoking units have a radiator cap. Here is a tip. When it's really hot, and your unit keeps shutting down try opening the hood for more air flow. It helps a lot. The cap should be located on the outside of the casing on the side towards the cab. Do not open it when it's hot! If you have a thermoking use dex cool 50/50 mix or 100% antifreeze mixed with with distilled water. Never use tap water in a cooling system.

You are welcome! I have other videos on how to port, polish, and shave heads at home for more compression, torque and power. I have some people that race karts that mail me their heads to machine for them. You can definitely tell the difference. Also adding a billet rod and Tillotson carb makes a difference. Anything heavier than 18 pound springs upgrade your push rods or the stock ones will bend.
