The crystal on your watch is not level (flush) with the case. It looks raised up. Rolex would never allow that, thus I’d be skeptical.

Nope. Have seen too many ceramic watches that have been dropped or accidentally hit with catastrophic consequences. Loved my racing master chronometer speedy but sold that for some needed equity. Love omega but making a sports watch in a brittle material just seems like form over function.

Had mine and loved wearing it out and about in Kuala Lumper where i was working for a few years. Brutishly elegant and a did attract attention. Sold it for more Tesla shares and will buy another at some point as it felt more grown up than the blusey i had previously.

This is brilliant. I do wish omega would lume the 6, 9, 12 numerals, especially when the Planet Ocean is billed as the most professional diver. So ironically the 3, 6, 9, 12 marks are smaller than other markers 😮💨

The cyclops lens is rubbish the Deepsea does not have it the best Rolex watch

Without the cyclops, the 43 would look out of proportion. The timepiece is actually too small for the dial and the date window is too far in. This is not noticeable with the cyclops. Handy move by the R&D team, but a domed glass like the SDDS would be nice indeed.

@@garyh.2487 This is a very rare version also , it has the 22k rose gold rotor and also the deployment clasp is rose gold also , you will find some on Chrono24 (not sure location) but not with these 2 extras, they have become very collectable in europe :) Happy Hunting :) may the Horological Gods be with you !

Inflation, am I right 🤣🤣 ! I've just had another look, I see a few pieces around the €500+ range, in the new (age yourself section) and the mil sub now is around €800 like you said , and some newer chronograph mods closer too €2000 , and they look pretty awesome! , I guess I got in before the price rise! But arguably still worth it when you see the quality in hand! Thanks for the comment 👍! Glad you liked the vid 😁
