The LAST ONE ? There are two one on each bank, both owned by Bae Systems, one was Fairfields yard in Govan, on the south bank, and the other was Yarrows at Scotstoun on the north bank less than a mile apart? dx

English yards have closed, and a city who voted to leave the UK gets all the UK navy ships contracts. Why does England put up with this.

Agreed! English yards should be reopened to train thousands of apprentices to build prison ships, that could be moored in estuaries ! dx

Spot on Barry. This knowledge emerged during the two years of the EgTechNow campaign. Unfortunately it was identified too late to have a true impact. The PEIs are taking the EngTechNow campaign forward as part of their Business as Usual activity hopefully they will incorporate the thinking you have identified in this short video.
