I placed the trigger on the platform. When exiting the trigger, I return the platform to 0,0,0 rotation. Write if someone knows a more correct way

You can make a tutorial about a character from the ground picking up some weapons and using them. Different weapons sword, pistol and axe. And each weapon will have its own animation without the inventory system, but each weapon will be activated with buttons. For example the Q button of the gun and the R button of the ax and the T button of the Hammer to attack. Like in Bloodborne, dmc and dark souls

DO NOT follow this example You do not want to make invisible objects you want to push around inside the player. This is horrible practice in general. If you are aiming to attach objects to the player. You would want to do something related to attaching the trolley to the player, not shove fake versions of them inside the default blueprint of the player. The trolley would have a position on its frame to be attached from maybe a scene component for ease? and the player would have attach points in relation to the object type. In the case of the trolley maybe right in the front. handle area. Then the player would have their attach point in this case around the waist. If you're not trying to 'hold' the object any longer detach it from the player. There's plenty of examples of interacting with items or attaching actors to other actors please do not add duplicates of objects inside others just for laziness sake.

While what you said may be true your method of explaining why this way may not be the best was not exactly clear nor mindful that while this method could be considered inefficient and dirty, may still serve as a solution to some. This is at least, if nothing else, a rudimentary way of solving the problem and contributes to the community positively.

Off the top of my head you would need to change a few things. If you go to your character blueprint and look at the character movement system there might be an option in their for rotation when not on the ground

If you have problems with "Destroy Actor" node then you can set it right clicking the cast node -> promote as variable. You can destroy the trolley_bp as a variable

Sorry slightly confused, is it promote the trolley or what the character is picking up, then connect it to the destroy actor node. When I first read this I thought you said to promote Destroy Actor?

The trolley is destroying the player sometimes, when I try to pick it up. I also placed a "is in air" variable, just to stop my character placing the object in the air, as this made it difficult and kept deleting my character when I was in the air, trying to grab it. I noticed I had to split the structure in the get actor of class, and have spawn Transform Scale to all 1.0 in X Y and Zed, just to keep the shape of the object the same size.

well its suggestion, you can check where is your character at the moment, and make a condition, if its at point A move him to Point(target)B, check if its at PointB move him to A.
