So true! This is like me, I'm trying to do things. I get anxious thinking about the tasks I haven't done. I'm rubbing my eyes- always dry, sore and achy all round them. I love those self heating eyemasks- must have tried all the brands. I'm also wearing sunglasses indoors due to light sensitivity/ everything sensitivity. Don't underestimate a big window with the light pouring in. I turn all sound off- tv, radio etc when I get the chance. I have headaches and headiness- like a semi headache constantly. Always in my forehead/ front of skull area. I forget what you told me, talking is so tiring. My limbs ache. That is my MS. x

That’s really motivating. Inspite of all the pain and fatigue you are so positive and strong. That is how we need to be - stay strong and never give up. 🙏🏻

MS deconstructs your world brick by brick. It marches on relentlessly on it's quest to consume everything that matters to you. It can be somewhat controlled with determination and hard work. Harder work than you ever thought necessary. It's a constant battle that requires a continuous fight.

Here you go, Friends. I'm back on my feet. Stay with it til you feel it's working. Doesn't happen instantly; the body needs time to heal back up. Best, MM, JD Candidate Peace ✌️❤❤❤ @arlenebrown2184 Answer: Since several well-known Homeopathic Sources are recommending Three Primary Tinctures, I added my own tincture; liquid stevia, taken under the tongue. Plus Chinona Bark as well; ground, chewed, and swallowed. As for Me .? I take all of these in the following dosages: Black Walnut; 2 near full eye droppers full and swallow. Wormwood ; 2 near full eye droppers taken orally and swallow, Liquid Cloves; 2 near full eye droppers, taken orally and swallow, 1 large pinch of Chanona Bark, place in mouth, allow bark to soften til soft, then chew til fine, and swallow, Liquid Stevia; take orally, under the tongue; fill mouth til space between front of mouth and back of teeth fill, leave fluid in mouth 2-3 mins for absorbency, then swallow. Note: At times of signs of flaring or flareup, Increase regiment to twice per day. As I am being my own experimental Guinea pig to discover what is actually working for me, I'm happy to share my personal experiences. Oh: I am taking the tinctures this way twice a day during this flare up this week, and am finding Improvement in my symptoms once again. Oh: the liquid Stevia was found again in my medicine bag, and I believe it is helping as it always does. Spirochetes HATE liquid stevia. ...Learned this since my original research via KZbin back in 2017. Best MM ✌❤❤❤

I was diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago. I had to give up the job that I loved(firefighter).it broke my heart.i was and am still devastated. My first treatment with the Octrevus I was allergic, tried it again but this time less Octrevus more steroids.. MS for me is a bully...everything bad. What opened my eyes after being diagnosed was that the people who I thought were friends were NOT BUT my pets and I grew closer...to this day I don't care how many fur is in the house anymore if other people don't like it stay outside I love animals even more now.❤❤❤

The dark side of ms diagnosis..is our mortality being held up in front of us, on a hourly or daily basis.. hopefully in most of us, this pushes us to strive.. never give up.. the fight only got more real.. 👍👍❤️
