You replaced the best hose clamps in the world for the worst, all because you don't understand them. How to remove and install them, or why they're superior. Then you replaced some of the best hoses around with the worst. Silicone hoses last longer than rubber, but they are more porous. Coolant will evaporate through them. You'll get coolant odor under hood and even in cabin, and need to constantly stay on top of coolant level to prevent deadly overheating. The only advantage of Silicone on street is how long it lasts, but stock rubber ones already last near forever. All that work to make your car worse.

I wish they made this with the proper trim ring. That's designed for the e39. Not our e38s. I haven't gotten this bc I don't like the way it looks when installed. It's not lined up, the trim doesn't flow with the contour of the dash. I can't.

Do you know how many chassis harness grounds there are on the eg? 1 on left side of driver seat for fuel pump. 1 left side of hood latch up on fender. 1 on steering wheel bar that goes across.
