Heart, don't fail me now Courage, don't desert me Don't turn back now that we're here People always say Life is full of choices No one ever mentions fear Or how the world can seem so vast On a journey to the past Somewhere down this road I know someone's waiting Years of dreams just can't be wrong Arms will open wide I'll be safe and wanted Finally home where I belong Well, starting now I'm learning fast On this journey to the past Home, love, family There was once a time I must have had them too Home, love, family I will never be complete Until I find you One step at a time One hope then another Who knows where this road may go Back to who I was On to find my future Things my heart still needs to know Yes, let this be a sign Let this road be mine Let it lead me to my past And bring me home At last

The voice is very nice, even though it's not the original key. But he needs to enhance his acting abbilities, he doesnt seem focused

Wish I didn't watch this. So bad compared to Derek. I'll go back and watch Derek's version to cleanse my pallet.

If only people would wait until the end note finishes to start screaming! It's an insult to her incredible effort to hold that final note.

Agree..can we just stay in control like audiences going to the opera and other musicals and let the performance stay intact so as to give integrity to the entire final performance

Nope nope nope... he definitely has a wonderful singing voice but it just wasn't right for this style and level of singing!! He is not at Broadway level yet!! Not saying he can't get there, but he 100% is not fit/right for this role.. this is disappointing!

Not bad, not bad at all! Baritone Dmitry isn't a bad choice, actually. Good job to Cody Simpson! Hopefully he does some more stuff like this. I'm curious to see how he'd do after being in a musical theater environment after a few years.

This just isn’t it, broadway is a place for people who work hard all their life to make it, not given to someone and change the key to make it suit them. It’s not terrible but this is no where near broadway standard and a shame that such a beautiful musical had to end like this

broadway is definitely not for people who work all their lives to get somewhere and aren’t just given it. there’s so much nepotism and classism in theatre, especially broadway. let’s not lie lol

I loved this show. Christy was absolute perfection. I was one of the lucky ones who got to see it pre-Broadway on Hartford Stage. The entire cast was electric and SO unbelievably kind. I'm so glad Christy got to run the show the whole way through, though it definitely deserves to still be on Broadway.
