I grew up in PGH. The Strip district didn’t look anything like this. It looked like hell. None of this existed. I grew up in the 70s and 80s. This started to change around the mid to late 80s. It’s amazing! I need to go back to PGH and visit. Mayor Calliguri(hope I spelled his name right) did an excellent job of the entire city. I’m highly impressed.

did you say you can " legally " wear a shirt for cultural reasons? lol.. i hope you dont believe you can't wear a shirt on the US because you're not fully Italian! You can wear whatever you want.. we are still a free country, to say the least, until full fascism/ communism kicks in , in about 4 to 8 years from now.. never be scared to wear whatever you please.. of course, i know you know this. im a long time home grown B.G W kid / adult.. i like your video. By the way, btw GREAT JOB 👍 👌 on your walk, though ! i enjoyed that smooth, cool footage, man!!. thank you for your time doing that walk through etc,, appreciated.. im Irish as well.. thanks man ✌🏼 😊 stay balanced and keep common sense alive!!

How much was it getting Jeff Goldblum to narrate this walking tour? He was great in The Fly.

There appears to be a video switch at the time he falls under water. You can hear the person panic under water, but was then all nice & calm after surfacing, and in no rush to get back on his board or swim for the closest shore. It’s a Goddamned fake! But I like it anyway. 😅

I seriously wish more people modeled your compassion and the depth in which you see life. I just brought home one of these poor babes home. He (?) Seems to be in a bad way...front left leg will definitely have to go and he has injuries sustained to the left side of his jaw. Any tips to keep him as comfortable as possible until a rehabber gets back to me? For now he is in a small dog crate with a blanket draped over it as well as one inside for him to burrow. He's wheezing im assuming from immense pain as well as limited function of his airways. I really hope he makes it....any success stories about a babe in a really bad way??? Trying to be realistic so I don't lose 4 years worth of sleep, but also can't help but to swear on my ancestors that he WILL survive

I freaking LOVE this guy lol! "Manly" coffee, that was classic 😂I was watching "Little House on the Prairie" and saw Carolina making coffee for Charles and Almanzo, thinking to myself "how in the hell did they make coffee, back in the day, in those tin pots just by sitting them on the stove? How in the hell did they get by without a Starbucks or a Dunkin' taking all the guesswork out of our morning joe? Those were some damn hardy a$s people back then and they needed their coffee strong so's they could go out and plow their fields, build their own houses, hunt their own breakfast, lunch and dinner, and survive in a wilderness that you and I would run screaming from as soon as we found out they have no Wi-Fi and, more importantly, no air conditioning lmao. I know I'd be on the first train out of Sleepy Eye by mid-day 🤣🤣. Anyways, I came across this guy's channel and thought I could find out the answers to my question and I did. Thank you for showing me how they did this very simple task but very foreign to all of us. I was born in 1979, so I grew up without a lot of the technology that most the kids today take for granted, but I wasn't born so far back as having to boil my coffee in a percolator out of necessity on a stove that I had to put wood in to heat it up. My great grandmother, however, always had one of these sitting on her stove but I never saw her using it. Stout woman, she was, and I guess it came from growing up in difficult times in unimaginable circumstances that we couldn't even fathom today.

Now 25+ years a d 1,000 miles away from my old 9th-story view of the JRB just a couple of minutes away from your city boundary, I had a feeling it was the Mercury Blvd I knew as soon as you mentioned it. I read your fine print, and sure enough! Thanks for being a good human to one of Mother Nature's greatest little animals.

Love robins! In east Texas, they are generally migratory. However, last year I saw a few about 1/4 mile away in the summer, so I guess they can live outside their general summer range. They really caught my eye as around here, you only see them late winter/early spring. Thanks for your birdbath cam, it's quite interesting!

I think my chops were better back then than they are now. Funny how you see yourself through the lens of time. Maybe now it’s more about perspective than chops. I remember reading this in a Carlos Castaneda book a long time ago. It’s something like this: The 3 most important things in life are: Stalking, Intent and Desire, in that specific order. I’ve thought about that a lot over the years. To me Stalking is the skill of stealth a hunter uses on prey. Intent is: “Why are you stalking what you’re stalking?” Desire is, “How much do you want it?” Don’t know why I thought of all that just from hearing myself shed long ago.
