My question is if all the nutrients are coming from plants why not just eat the plants? Why have them filtered through a cow? As a cow eats predominately grass, the dominant enzyme will digest the grass and store the grain (carbs) as a very unhealthy fat. It’s part of the reason for north americas heart issues….
