Nick, you do great videos on Monday. Question; we have licenses in both Monday Work Management, and "what has been", an added aspect, for CRM licenses. I see now that emails and activities got "killed off" after having been a component of Work Management (project management). Have you run into friction with this? Monday is telling me I have to move everything to "CRM" to have email functionality, and what had been notes / updates functionality, on our project management licenses. Do you have any thoughts or advice on that subject? It seems they are just trying to push everyone to just be on CRM, though oddly it seems that is a module "after", on top of, project management as a license.

Great question Frank! Had a lot of issues with this, I suspect the division of features will continue over the coming months. Project management tools such as the Gantt chart / workload management being exclusively on the Work Management licenses, and email / reporting for Sales CRM. In the short term we recommend migrating over from Work Management to Sales CRM which is very easy to do, until the division of features means you will have to purchase both licenses. A very ‘strategic’ financial move by Monday.com.

I am not able to set my default values to be different from board to board. If I am on Project # 1 and set the default value to Item 1, when I go to Project #2 board the default value is now also set to Item 1, which messes up the whole thing. You happen to not show this, and I wonder why! I would really appreciate advice on this one piece you skipped over (intentionally?)... all this setup doesn't work without it :(

This is super helpful, thank you! I'm still trying to figure how to do what I'm... Trying to do lol. I'm trying to essentially duplicate items from a shared team board onto my own personal task list board. Like, automatically adding any items created on that shared board into my personal task board. It's silly how difficult it is to figure out, but I think its because I'm just not great at the software yet!

So every time I want to automate an email sending out a feedback form to a client once the project is done, I might as well send it out by myself without automation as I have to edit the automation every time for a new client

Say we have some fieldworkers entering daily progress reports and each day once they enter their data I would like to send their corresponding update for that day to an external clients (so multiple external email addresses ) Is that possible? Right now we’re having to manually extract the board and then send an email with the update.

Hi Nick, love the videos very helpful. What about in the case where the lead source may effect the likelihood of conversion, for example a new client verses a past client we've worked with previously? How might we factor that into the formula or forecasting structure?
