cryogenic canal also works really well. its better than depths and ancient archives by a lot (for xp AND money). im not so sure about forsaken pond but id say that its a little better than forsaken because even with truffle worms (gotta be fake 300 preferred luck or something, maybe im just super unlucky) the captains goldfish is kinda rare, maybe 1/7 catches or smth, while aurora trout and glacial sturgeon are really common and give good xp (they also use truffle worm bait). the obvious good thing about cryogenic canal is the money (200k+ for one oxygen tank). but the xp is also really good (even better than forsaken imo) because aurora trout and glacial sturgeon both give 9k+ xp with double xp and clever (for reference; captains goldfish is 12.6k). yes, captains goldfish might give more xp, but perfect catching it is rare; while its easy to perfect catch aurora trout and glacial sturgeon (13k+ xp). a final thing i want to add is that i recommend a clever ROTD to grind cash, the wisdom rod glitch is going to be patched and the people who used it are gonna get data wiped so i wouldnt do that (might already be patched), I prefer ROTD over heavens rod because the heavens rod luck doesnt feel like its actually much better than ROTD, ive used both at cryogenic canal and ROTD seems to be just as lucky as heavens (use bait for either rod btw: truffle worm, super flakes, weird algae, night shrimp are all good options). i also like ROTD more because of the quicker lure speed, heavenly rod basically needs to be enchanted with hasty which means that it cant be enchanted with clever (2.25x xp). you can use either rod but ROTD is just better for me. sorry for the yap but i hope this helps u grind for whatever ur trying to get.
