Capital Smart City Management is worry for imposed Tax on overseas investors. Great thank you. I have one question. Capital Smart City Management why not worried about putting extra payment between 10 lakh to 15 lakh ( 5 marla ) and 24 lakh ( 7 marla ) on Smat Villas for the name of Mumty , Stairs , Square feet . Which is unfair and unjustified and Haraam. 6 year has been passed and takan 100% payment on 3 year plan with no delivery to the real overseas investors. We did not seen any shyness on their faces and eyes . The CSC Management loss the trust and credibility already. They did not fillfull their commitment and did not own their promises. Overseas investors are SAD and Angry on this Attitude. We did not seen Smart features and Quality construction over there specifically after the year 2022. Smart Villas are big Question on Mark Habib Rafique Group . No overseas is ready to invest further.

Brother . Capital smart city although good project. No doubt. But we overseas people trust on Habib Rafiqu capital smart city on 2019 and booked smart villas . They were committed to give kesy of house on decided payment. For example Rs.8450000/- and its included everything. But ccs didn't handover villas to overseas in 6 ,7 years . Even they are always trying applies stair charges , mumty charges , square feet charges. Which unfair and unjustified . They are losing their credibility. Who is going to invest further.

I booked 5 Marla villas in 2019 and made full payment in October 2022. CSC management promised to deliver villas in 1st quarter of 2023. They failed to full filled their commitment and we are still waiting for villas possession. Instead of focusing on completing villas now the CSC management are trying to rip off villas owners by demanding extra 15 to 20 lac. Anyone who wants to invest this society please do speak to existing members before doing investment.

Ys na jaiz hain , infare hain , miss commitment hy , ziadti hy . Ya apni reputation down ker rahay , sat me humy be kharaab ker rahy . 6 saal sy ziada time lag gia iny 60,70 villas tayaar kerny me original overseas buyers ko . Please ap awaz uthain . Hum kesy further investment kery ya iny recommend kery apny doston azizon akarib ko. Ya trust bahaal he nahee ker pa rahay hain.

In ky homalton villas and 3.5 marla Hormany villas ( Rs.13000000) ki sale me izafa ho sakta hy. Ba Sherty orignal overseas ky smart Villa's on ko jaldi hand over kery without asking extra money ( escalation, mumty, stairs, square feet) ky name per. Apni commitment per kain rahy jo buying ky time per ki ti. Apni zuban ka bharam rukhy. And quality construction ka jo issue aaa raha hy. Usy be theak kery. Taky overseas owners khush hon and khud be further investment kery and dosron ko be recommend kery.
