They gave me a broken machine, I sent a video that it wasn’t working, that it had a problem of overheating and water spilling on the sides… Not one coffee was able to be brewed..: They said they wouldn’t refund me until they talk to the manager. So the Manager approves the refund and yet I still don’t see a refund after all these months. Honestly very rude and horrible company. They kept telling me that it’s over the 30 days for refund but I emailed them earlier in the days but they did not reply. The machine does not work and water spilled everywhere not able to even make one coffee. It advertised as “made in Italy” but it’s made in china. Very disappointed . Do not buy this horrible machine.

soy milk has to be cooked to 100C, but this machine only heats up to 70C...best to cook the soy beans first then use this machine. There is poison in the soy if not cooked to 100C.
