m9 swag!! honestly all his skills are pretty sweet. his 3 is the big one with all the bells and whistles, obviously, but his 1 and 2 aint bad either. 1 sees the least use but it still has some pretty useful traits like the bonus range and defense ignore, while his 2 ups his survivability (defense, block count gives +healing, dodge), can potentially last forever with enough RNG, and has some nice synergy with the IS dodge relics. and his 3 blows everything up of course.

Gladly, her module reduce 15% damage from blocked enemy so her module is really useful. Also, I did around 20 retries for this dodge 😂
