Did more research. The first actually was the RUF CTR with a top speed of 211 mph. Second was the F40 with 201 mph. That makes the Porsche 959 the 3rd, with a top speed of 197 mph. Various sources have different data. Seems like the 959 was fast around tracks. Thanks for the comment!
