It's just you lol. They're not 'hyper sexualized' in any way and I'm glad there isn't any panty shots like in the 90s anime, that was uncomfortable especially when they did it for Chibiusa. Usagi's hair has always been extremely long in all versions but it's longer in the manga than the 90s anime and in what you see in Cosmos here. (Cosmos and the 90s anime has the same length hair so.... yep idk what 'waayy too long' hair you're seeing 'cause I checked lol ) About their body type it's normal, if you watch at other animes many of them have the same so it's more personal preference but I'm just saying in the 90s anime stars season the girls were very skinny, skinnier than what you see in Cosmos at times. These compliants can be easily applied to the 90s anime but of course you love it so you don't see the problems, I'm not shaming you everyone shows favoritism to what they like and prefer but you're issues are definitely more of a personal thing. It will never be great to you and that's okay, don't force yourself to accept it because you'll just get the opposite effect if you like nice, don't like then move on. Sorry for the long comment just tired of the negativity in the fandom, SM in all versions teaches love, acceptance and unity which doesn't seem to do be present within the fandom when it comes to the different versions.
