How to check the worksheet version using gspread ?

I tested this on my personal GitHub repository and it was working fine but it is not working on the GitHub enterprise 3.9 repository of my company.

I am trying to automate "WinUI 3 Gallery" application that is available in windows app store. during automation i noticed that the left side Navigation view controls in "winui 3 gallery" app is not recognizable by Test Complete. I have selected "*" in UIAutomation settings from "Tools -> current project settings -> open applications" and yet issue persists. SmartBear customer care is not responding to my tickets. Can you please help here?
