@@macracing8961 they are going to be changing the flat track to a supercross track before we come so we had to change the venue to keep the flight track portion of the race

Question. Rules are no bigger than 225cc Is this just a 225 block/piston size?? Meaning 225cc with anything you can do to it?

@@Pumpingas420 I've seen people put big blocks on a motovox but if I was you I would put the 225 from Go Power Sports. What are you looking to do with the bike there are a lot of good options for clutches and drivers.

We are located in Conyers Georgia. What kind of bike are you looking for the trailmaster hurricane is a wonderful start. The Florida mini bike racing scene is pretty hot as well you should check out mini mulitia.

That's fantastic guys --thanks for posting that Stupid question ---I don't suppose I could pay you guys to put one together one exactly like that for us, too? I have literally zero skills at assembling anything and I was actually thinking I was stumped immediately, as I don't even know to get it out of the Copper frame thingy it came in! Just a thought - I'm a point and pay guy -- and there maybe others like me, out there.... Thanks much either way...

Brings back fun memories to this old man. Many years ago (ages) my mother ordered me a mini bike from Sears. I was the man!!! lol. 3.5 hp Briggs and Stratton. Didn't have enough power to pull a dead frog off a banana peel in the rain but to me it was awesome.

It's not exactly the same as a road bike because the loss of traction is almost accounted for but I would say counter steering is definitely necessary at some points.

I cant figure out how the wiring goes. The best Ive been able to do is get it to where the engine will start but the key kill switch nor the grip kill switch works. Have to remove the spart plug wire to get it off. I need help so badly and Ive called Gopowersports 3 times and left messages and they will NOT return my call. They dont give a crap about customer service.

Well I figured it out after days of fooling with it. Just had to do some trial and error. Got the electric box off and figured out how to just wire up the grip kill switch. I was also having a problem with the torque converter locking up the belt while the engine is not running where I couldnt get the back wheel to move. Turns out there is more than just the copper ring that goes under the belt. There is another silver colored ring that goes over the copper ring. Had to figure that out myself. I was wondering what that silver ring was for.

@@MiniBikeMisfits But the brakes seem very weak to me. Im only using the back break for now because I lost one of those tiny little screws while putting fluid in them. I mean it does work...but I was thinking the wheel should completely lock if you press the break lever hard enough.

I went to an AHRMA event at this track this past Saturday. I’ve decided to build a mini bike and my cousin is going to race it. Neither one of us has raced flat track but we are both raced MX back in the day. I have several frames around my shop and most of what I need to put a bike together. A tips or suggestions would be welcome! Especially about rules and groups! We are in South Carolina and hope to race this Georgia track or another fairly close. Thanks! Love your videos! Pretty much anything goes when it comes to motor mods It just has to stay pull start, The reason for that is not having to wait for starter boxes when bikes cut off on the line Or on the track. Just keep the motor within 225cc

I wasn’t gonna say anything about you putting the triple tree on upside down. I thought you might be giving away a speed secret 😂🤣 Maybe you should have watched the GPS assembly video first. I watched it a couple of times before I started assembling mine. The chain comes assembled with a master link.

I make a billet valve cover and a set of rocker arms that fit this engine perfectly. I have built a few of these and they are beasts if you do a few key mods to them.
