Yeah. It made 377hp in the end. Plenty of torque too. I'm pretty sure there is another video of the completed setup on the dyno. Have a look through my channel👍

Sounds very healthy now Gavin took the bike there plenty of times it's a great track. Dash looks good was it easy to use ?

Yeah certainly a challenging track. Dash works very well. It is fully customisable. Just depends how long you wanna spend setting it up. But it certainly has the functionality in any case. Can also tow way com with the ECU so you can setup ECU switches that are controlled through the dash.

I would need your old shafts and a set of K20 shafts to make the new ones. I would then need to get some measurements. This was a one off build so these are not an 'off the shelf' type item. Price would be around £400 give or take.

It is not recommended to push these to their limits especially if on stock internals. Mercracing has it right on their website that they can destroy gear boxes and throw rods if the engine is not properly equipped with supporting mods. You also face the issue of heat transfer. the charger becomes inefficient the harder and faster its turned.

That charger cannot do 500bhp. It is the TVS1900 that is capable of that horsepower

Beautiful build shame the exhaust was not a bike race can as they sound so much better and shoot flames at 3.5 and 8000rpm but guess if that’s what the customer ask for. Starting my zzr14 build end of the year

@@gonzogb87 in this case that's what the engine made. This engine was previously tuned here at Gsport with Carbon Gruppe M type intake, rbc etc etc and made 245hp. The throttle bodies didn't make as much peak power but the engine response was completely different.

@@gsportcars1 well the short itb compare to the standard intake plenum should give you a higher rpm power. . But in order to maximize the itbs hp potential you must have high compression ratio pistons, higher lift camshaft, port & polish head, & a very good exhaust header. Then you should be making a circa 280-300whp depending on the overall engine setup.

I'm sorry I still don't get it so if I bought a oem cam with the oem lifters, can't I just put the cam in the say truck and just run it without degreeing, or do you have to degree your cam every time you install a new one? Sorry bud just a little lost :)

This applies to aftermarket cams with adjustable pulleys. Generally speaking, OEM cams do not have adjustable pulleys
