Not one vacuum was performed, she just can not do a stomach vacuum, that's all there is to it.

I’m a 17 year old girl looking to get slimmer. So that’s the reason why I’m starting this today. When I tell you I STRUGGLED. But that’s ok. I plan on coming back tomorrow and the next day and everyday after that. Also with enough practice, this will hopefully become easier for me. Wish me luck!

Thanks for the great heads up on how to use the AB Roller properly. What doesn't AB Roller exercise do that other AB Routines do and visa versa? Thanks Again.
@Ksperfectfitnesstv2 ай бұрын
The abs wheeler allows you to put brace your abs under a a tension that is more strenuous than just holding a plank or walking plank. It takes you to an uncomfortable challenge zone that isn't accessible from other traditional ab workouts.

I love these workouts , for years i did body building, but as you age this is great stuff for us o,der men , if you train hard and put lots of intensity into the moves you ca n sculpt your body along with your good eating habits. .. And it obviously makes it easier to watch when the young ladies are beautiful sweet looking souls...

Hi Coach Kristen ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even finish 1 round when my body completely gave up and my MIL told me to rest. My MIL did 3 rounds of this!! Her abs and obliques are shredded and like hard steel!! I feel quite low and defeated.

@bluevampire74 ай бұрын
She's not just exhaling, after u exhale all of the air out u should suck in ur stomach , basically tryna make ur bellybutton go in as much as possible after exhaling

You shouldn't wear your baby in that direction it's no good for their hips, please check with a specialist
@Ksperfectfitnesstv5 ай бұрын
Thank you for your concern. I know this has been a controversial discussion. Although I have done research on this and inward facing is best until baby is 6 months, then once they can sit you can wear them forward facing. Sienna is 7.5 months when I filmed this. Also, a good quality carrier is a must. I am using the Baby Bjorn Harmony which "The International Hip Dysplasia Institute has evaluated Baby Carrier Harmony and declared it to be “hip healthy” when used in accordance with the instructions."

I am a latecomer to your site. But I have to tell you I am so happy I found you. I have been doing the Tibetan rites now for six months, and I am a changed person. Even so, I have always been unsure of proper breathing techniques. I could never find definite instructions, and thanks to you now I have. I’ve jotted them all down so I will be sure as I practice. Many thanks. You are an excellent teacher!
