@PhilippineAirlinesTV - i enjoyed the service for my business class flight from Tokyo to Manila last October 12, 2023. Your FA Ervinn was excellent all throughout the flight. However, the entertainment offering was the downside. No seat monitor and very old system. I had several unpleasant experiences with PAL earlier this year from LA to MNL and wrote to PAL Customer Relations. My email was acknowledged though but no proper resolution was given. I have been flying with PAL for several years from US to MNL and ground staff/check in service was very inconsistent with rude staff i experienced during my flight earlier this year from LA to MNL. My next flight with PAL is on the last week of November this year from MNL to Singapore. Looking forward to be on PR0507.

The club house service for afternoon tea & dinner was so extreme. The afternoon staffs was so friendly even invited us to join for dinner. The dinner staffs we encountered totally sucks especially the tall & though Indian staff make us feel like a fool. A great disappointment
