Hey everyone who wants a heavenly hollows theory you know the opposite of the fornlorn hollows like instead of darkness there’s light a eternal day in the cave and there’s a divine cult that worships a lord of light a merciful god of the light and maybe he was the one who banished the Oracle, maybe the Oracle could be like a fallen angel of some type like he was hungry to become more powerful and thus he was banished into the caves and he will never rise during daylight

Once you guys are done with Alex Caves, you should tackle Born in Chaos. There’s some interesting stuff there, I think.

My theory is that the moles have always lived in the Forlorn Hollows. I think these caves are the darkest places in the Overworld, and the most suitable for blind creatures. Just as humans worshipped sun gods, so do moles worship darkness gods. I don’t think there’s any evidence that they’ve invaded the world above them. Maybe they have a prophecy of an above ground sacrifice coming to them, and that is why they’re hostile to the player.

1:28 I think the magnetic caves is the most recent timeline - i mean, how would we have harnessed the power of electricity and the Earth's magnetic field to create fully-autonomous robots before we started studying the oceans properly? And as for the candy cavity, that probably started taking place during the dark ages of the medieval times due to the high amounts of witchcraft, so that means it took place before the forlorn hollows.

The nucleeper was probably just bred to be larger, and then augmented with it's mechanical components. This would be more likely than the size being from surgery or torture

If one explores the Forlorn Hollows in-game, you can notice how quickly nearby Underzealots will notice you from afar, having a line of sight that is even more potent than that of a Zombie. This, paired with the Peering Coprolith in the walls of the biome, makes me believe that nothing here (at least when the player arrives) has their sentience remaining, and are instead just puppets of the Umberlords influences, making them gather more matter to grow its powers.

There must had been someone as a survivor since there are cave tablets with info about this place

I feel like the vents are more likely the cause of the acid instead of tge radiation since volcanic activity releases sulfur oxide which forms sulfuric acid when exposed to water
