I stayed in amsterdam for 3 nights on my own and honestly, I hated it!!! Couldn't wait to get back to the UK! They're isn't much to do there apart from eat in restaurants and ride on canal. What made my trip even worse was trying weed for the first time, which made me anxious and paranoid. It was so bad that nearly went up to a compete stranger to ask if they could help and look after me, as I felt so spaced out! I lost my senses, couldn't focus on where noises were coming from, I felt like everyone was staring at me judging me and I couldn't make decisions. Anyone else had this?

well done video and nice music. that's exactly what I also loved about the Dutchies, I stayed there for 2 years, drove up and down from Austria about 14 times. And everytime I came back to the Netherlands, people made me feel so welcome like I have never experienced before. It's sad to see that so much went wrong on your trip. But if you ever want to visit the Dam again, we can set up a meeting and I show you around a little and we could have some fun together. Because i spent 2 years there being very alone (so I am at home in Austria) and I would be glad to meet new people and share some good times together. greetings

The taxi driver is a massive scammer never get in them taxis next to grasshopper in the city . A taxi to melkweg ( milkyway club) is around 40 to 50 euros the only hardwork he does is scam tourists

Things going wrong is all part of the fun of travelling, not a truer word was spoken man. Reminds me of the time this world travel naive Aussie was in Amsterdam a short 4 days a one and only time and of course enjoyed some of the local mushroom product. Having a morning departure flight I didn’t want to waste my leftover mushies so I downed them. That was a bad move because despite feeling great and enjoying the friendly Dutch hospitality aboard a KLM flight I absent mindedly left my camera in the pocket storage aboard the flight with all my previous 4 weeks of of European 5 country holiday snaps on it never to be seen again. Oh well you live you learn. You’ve got to put Aussie on your future holiday plans man no doubt one day 👍
