Yeah they're really busted if you get a high enough percent. Then pick a base stat you excel in and fuse on the move runs on that stat for damage and you're set. In my case it was hp so I become unkillable and have a ton of damage.

You can use whatever I just use song mod for 15 percent attack debuff and slow. Nebula is nerfed but still the laziest way of applying corrosion for def debuff. You could shoot bore mod for more damage but then you'd have to aim and I'm lazy. But ye weapons arn't mandatory but spellweaver mutator is just a back up for if things go wrong like bring suppressed or data corrupted.

Sorry to hear you think only that one youtuber can make a summoning build made of soul items the only items in the game directly affecting summons that when put together make a summoner's build. It's totally not like the two mods I'm using were just directly buffed by a recent patch or anything and no one else in the world would ever imagine to try them in a build or anything. I don't think miasma is affected by skill damage or duration it just applies the statuses that then does the damage. Same with mod duration it just makes the hotshot last longer and not the status. I mean in general it's up to the play style I guess but I recast things so often I'm not that bothered unless you just want a forever Kaeula rain. At the very least I don't see any status numbers changing when swapping fragments and traits around.

Praying to rng, unless you mean exp then asylum blasting or apocalypse gauntlets are it. But honestly the minions are bad and it's just a theme thing. Jack of all trades is better for damage or 30 percent dr for true immortality and laziness. Also the swords count as two individual summons so minions arn't even needed. I'm just lazy.

The legendary prism mod gives half cooldown and ignores cd limit of 80% so together its 90 cd with 10 cd refund on skill cast giving a total of 100% cooldown

Miasma doesn't stack though, so popping it over and over doesn't really do much past the first initial cast. The other does explosive damage on each hit, which I feel like is better for this specific build
