Thanks for the video very useful! Here are my comments about Jomashop, I have bought probably like 10 to 12 watches, I'm a big watch collector and I will be honest with you. Not a single issue on any on my watches. i like to buy watches on the range of 1k to 3k and also i like to give them as a present to my close friends witch some time they told me, I can not accept this present from you, looks like a very expensive item. I have to say that my experiences with Jomashop is being great with out a single issue. Good luck on you shopping.

I bought a GMT Meteorite dial (it's 18K Gold and Palladium mix)... It was so beautiful and shiny .. got the first scratch on the clasp and it caused an anxiety attack... now I've got a half dozen scratches and I'm good with it!

This watch has always blown out the skx ! The watch has military pedigree and has been tested down to 500m ! The quality is superior all round. I purchased one of these Christmas 97 and I've used it more often than not ever since and it's still a great watch! I've had it serviced by citizen UK twice and they have regulated it and it's about 3 seconds a day fast and it's 27 years old! And on that note citizen still make it after 27 years! Something must be right with NY040?

I have a 1968 Rolex Air King 5500 and I've worn it daily since 1990. I love the simplicity of it and the fact that you can wear this Rolex and not draw attention to yourself. I've had it serviced a few times over the years and it keeps great time. It's so classy and timeless. Looks appropriate in both formal and casual clothing. I wish I had the box and papers, but it doesn't matter as I'll never sell it. I'm extremely tempted to buy a black dial version but that would mean I'd have to wear this watch less.

The watch is superb and there is no watch offering such a micro rotor movement entirely designed and manufactured in Europe for such a low price. Entirely designed by Olivier Mory, a famous watchmaker working for the most prestigious Swiss brands and developing his own Skill brand (we are talking in both cases about watches in the 10,000usd range). As said in the review, entirely manufactured between France and Switzerland, but in an area limited to only a few miles on each side of the border... Some comments here are hilarious because of the ignorance of the posters, and some should really find out a little more before commenting to avoid showing such ignorance in broad daylight 😮

I love my 36mm MSAR and I have the same size wrist as you. I will warn you it wears small, especially on straps, so definitely buy it with the bracelet. On the bracelet, the proportions are very similar to a 36mm explorer with the one exception of thickness. Some people don’t like this 14mm thickness on a small watch, but I think it creates a unique profile compared to most 36mm pieces. By the way, the tritium is not bright. You will not be blown away by it, but it’s there when you need it. Bottom line: 99% of the time a watch as rugged looking as this would be built large and imposing, but I love how the smaller size really contrasts the masculinity of the design. It’s like a 5’4” guy who’s been lifting weights and eating steaks his whole life… tough as hell, but not obvious from across the room.

I want one of these but I can't bring myself to buy one because I know I'll never wear it. First of all, as cool as automatic watches are, they are unusable to me because they are so vastly inferior at keeping time compared to quartz. Secondly, I'm sure if I was a diver and was using it underwater, I might appreciate how big it is because it would be more usable and visible, but on land which is how I would only ever use it, it's just super clunky and heavy and big. I bought too many watches in the past just because I thought they were cool and then it never ended up wearing them only for them to collect a dust and then sold them later for me to fall for that again

I've had nothing but good experience on Jomashop. I sold, traded, and bought several watches. Yes, I bought two watches from Jomashop, a Blancpain $15k retail, got it for $10.3, and a Glashtte Original $10.7k retail, $7.3 on Jomashop. Had both watches for almost two years, never had any issues. No games, straight forward deals.

You got this completely wrong.... watch lovers that have no interest in the PRX like me would go for this one because of the nice case shape and bracelet. I like the design of the PRX but have no interest Tissot hands, dials and movements... this one is actually really tempting.

It's sad that watches that look good cost over 1k+. MAMACOO watches are REALLY well made, and it just shows how a brand name on a watch can make its price 10x higher. I have a34 mm air king precison 14000 champagne dial made in 2002. it's gorgeous and i wear it everyday. i get lots of compliments on this watch daily and it does NOT look small on my wrist. it looks proportioned (if that makes sense) it fits my wrist perfectly. again, the watch does not look small at all- it actually wears bigger than it looks. take the plunge ang go 34 mm,......you wont be disappointed!

It's not an 80s retro vibe. It is a 70s re-issue. If you remember, as it seems you are old enough to do so, this is EXACTLY what LCD Swiss watches looked like in the 70s. In fact, Tissot made one that basically looks just like this one.

Its hard to get a good imporession of the size if most of the shots are so zoomed in.

In your opinion I’m looking at a Rolex for $24,000 it’s new/unworn now it does say Jomashop 2 year warranty but I’m saving about $8,000 by not going with an AD. Should I be less concerned because it’s new/unworn ? Thanks

Of course you prob already know this at tis pt, but Chrono24 now also offers varying levels of buyer protection including Authenticity Certification/Guarantee for many (but not all) listings. For private sellers, this is something they can choose to do or not. Sometimes this is included in the list price and sometimes it's an extra fee. Generally speaking, most professional dealers using Chrono24 have some kind of authenticity guarantee that goes to a third party watchmaker/authenticator. As they say, always buy the seller. Lots of legit dealers on eBay and Chrono and can easily double check their identity and read reviews.
