Great video! Do you know if the 60L volume is total with all the pockets or is it just the main body? Thanks!

So i was wondering on how quick these shoes dry once they were submerged. Similar to your situation in the video. And do they keep a muddy smell afterwards?

Rissa Roams and Molly Rose have great videos for sure. It’s July 21st and I can say they are both great. Honest ladies . , Travelwritepaint is another strong woman/couple that has a great channel.

I think its important to mention in the video title that you have there the bike-packing version, which, if people don't know, differs in having that shelf like pocket at the bottom, something normal backpacking version doesn't have. Also, the packed size of your tent is very different from the ordinary version, as the poles are much shorter!
@tbrowniscool26 күн бұрын
Well spotted, is there much of a difference between the versions when packed up?

Interesting bro. I’m about to do 20:4 fasting for 90 days. Did you continue this past 90 days? Curious to hear
@BucyTV29 күн бұрын
I stopped after the 90 days. It worked great. Pro tip, the last week of the fast count your calories every day. Then at the end of the week add them all up and divide by 7. This should be your daily caloric goal to not gain the weight back.

Good review. I am thinking the dual sternum straps is actually designed to use one for the chest pack and the other for sternum. I assume the shoulder straps are not adjustable and is accomplished by the size you choose?
@BucyTVАй бұрын
Correct, this pack is not like an osprey for example where you can adjust the back straps from small frame to large with the Velcro that attaches at the back. These straps are not moveable like that. you will need to buy the correct size pack that will fit your torso

Thank you this video. I once watched numerous videos regarding the Appalachian trail. I thought it was produced by KPBS. They handed out a half dozen video recorders to different folks to film their adventures of the trail. It was really great. But, I have not been able to find it since. Do you by chance know the videos I’m speaking about?

cool. should be like 10/12$ instead though. i want to get this for the ozark foldable cot, that folds in 4 sections vs. just 2/3. if not this mat. one that's thicker.

Great review! It's an awesome tent. I've had mine for 10+ years. I love that the top crossbar is now integrated as mine is a separate piece and setup looks even easier now. Also, I'm glad SMD added a 2nd door compared to my single-door version. I used this tent during a thru-hike of the JMT! Ps. I also love the Gatewood Cape and Haven Bundle.

Awful socks, the toe box area is so tight it becomes unbearable to wear. I purchased 7 pair of socks thinking they were a good product due to the amount of reviews, NOPE, after one washing in cold water they shrunk even more and I can't even wear them in the house without it causing pain from compressing my toes.I quit trying to "break them in" due to an ingrown nail forming on my right large toe. I'm just past the 30 day window to return and they only want to give me a discount towards another order for a larger size. I should have researched more as others have stated their reviews are deleted or blocked on Facebook. I first thought it was an American made product, but their vague "American" advertising made you believe they were made here, they have since updated their phrasing and has "American Owned Company" & "Ship's from America".......

Good to know. Thanks for sharing your experience with these socks.

I have the 3-person version that I use as a two-person tent. The 3-person has two doors, not sure about the two-person. I really love how easy it sets up and tears down. It is super high quality; the zippers are great, and I like all the pockets for gear inside. The only thing I don't like is that my Zpacks Duplex weighs half as much with much more space. I don't like the whole condensation issue that can be bad at certain times in a single wall tent. It's usually not a major issue though as long as you use it as a 1-person tent and leave some air flow. I would be curious as to how much weight would be saved if the rainfly was Dyneema? Probably very little! Overall, I love my 3-person version.

Does your water have to be boiled or can you just use hot water?
@BucyTV3 ай бұрын
Good question! You can use just hot water but it will take your noodles longer to become soft. Some people even use cold water "cold soak" when they run out of fuel for their stove.

Is this a bike tent? That carrying bag looks like it’s meant for strapping it to something like a bike. Either way you could probably shave (im guessing) 3oz or so by switching bags, if you’re backpacking. Great review though. Thanks.

As willowace has no contact other than email, I would not venture to risk purchasing from them as I can't find a U.S.address for them which is kinda creepy! I mean this can be a offshore loot n' scoot company! Try looking up how long they've been in business!
