New viewer and subscriber here! I thought of what you said about not finding those good bread and butter brands and where picking up a few items because inventory was low. I noticed you also only picked up women's clothing in this haul. Have you thought about branching out and selling men's clothing as well? I honestly just sell part time and only go sourcing (yard sales and thrift stores) a couple time a month (maybe 3-4 times) and most of the time find at least 1 or 2 okay brands that sell really well (ex. LLbean, PRL). I only sell men's clothing for two reasons as a man. 1. I find better items and 2.I don't enjoy going through the women's section. I usually take my gf with me to source and when I do browse through the women's clothing it is highly saturated with shien products and retail store brands like target. Only typing this out because I think you can really benefit from selling men's clothing. Best of luck with you sells!

@@chamawooska5470 welcome and thank you! I really need to get into men’s clothing but it’s hard teaching this old dog new tricks. I feel like it’s such a learning curve for me. I’m going to start watching KZbin videos to get an idea of what sells. I do have a few men’s things…maybe 10% of my store but I’m sure I’m leaving money on the table.

WHAT SOLD🤑 Lucky brand hoodie Ebay, $18 in 2 weeks, Moda International velvet dress sold on ebay for $35 in 2 weeks, had to damage out the Ellen Tracy linen top because she had sun discoloration on the sleeve. Still haven't listed the Lilly dress because I haven't found comps.

I am catching up on videos. I live in an area where those great items are NOT here. I agree totally that on the rare occasion that I find something exciting…..it sits in my closet!!!! I think that by the time it makes its way to me, the hype is over!!! I don’t think you spent too much on the black coach purse. Some doc martins will do wonders! I love your videos!! Thank you!!!!

🤩UPDATE: 5 of the items were flawed and donated or thrown away: Max studio maxi holes on side, J crew red dress extensive stitching coming undone and looked like it had been altered, knox rose white dress hole on back, emery rose white top small stain will try to sell in a live show or flea market, disney costume rips at bottom. Not sure how I missed all that. Now the good news: SOLD Banana republic jumpsuit sold in 2 weeks for $18, J crew gingham dress sold in 1 month for 22.00, Polo caldwell sold within AN HOUR for $30, Ulla Popken sold within a week for $22.

New reseller - I’ve been doing it about 2 months. I like hearing the good, the bad, and the ugly about reselling. There are only so many videos you can watch to learn about BOLO brands and hear about Ralph Lauren polos. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I do wash items I get from the goodwill bins - because they are gross lol Gives me another chance to checks for stains, tears, etc. I may or may not wash items from my local thrift store - it’s a case by case basis.

You've landed on the angry middle aged men youtube. Agree with you 1000%. If you don't like your job (in this case ebay) get another job. Unfortunately, most of them are unemployable. Who would be able or willing to put up with their attitude?

Enjoy your videos. New reseller - less than 2 months in. I tend to look for clothes that fit me - plus size XXL / 2X. I figure if I make a bad purchase to resell I can always wear it. (Open to selling all sizes if it’s a good item. Just concentrating with plus size to start because that’s what I’m most familiar with. Has to be a really great item to buy size S or XS sizes!)

Really enjoyed the video!! New subscriber. 😊 I am a very new reseller - about 1 month in. So far, so good!! I am going through some items looking for stains, broken zippers etc and will be taking a donation to my local thrift store tomorrow. Most items came from the bins so they were super cheap. I also lost some weight and am selling clothes from my closet that are too big. My biggest issue is that I need to get faster with listing. That will come with time. I also work at a bank (brokerage side). Having Saturdays off is the best!!! I am off work whenever the stock mkt is closed. Congrats on the promotion!
