Very nice and enjoyable. Great tone and good execution through more complex passages all while keeping it musical. Nice dynamics enjoyed this, very nice rendition of this piece.

Maurice Ravel's Violin Sonata No. 2 is one of the chamber music masterpieces of the 20th-century and is considered technically difficult to play. The hall sounded great and the demonstration was a pleasure to hear.
Schumann describes the piece as "describing what it feels like at dawn. But it is an expression of emotion rather than a description of a scene," he said. The song begins with the stillness of dawn and gradually grows brighter. And it ends with a hopeful, bright tone. This piece was composed late in Schumann's life and reflects his mental infirmities. But even amidst this, Schumann's hopeful and bright tone shows his strong will. Saito's solid mid-bass playing of "Song of Dawn" offers a glimpse into Schumann's spiritual world, especially his most famous piano pieces. It matches the rich sound of the Sanomaru Hall.
I learned about the charm of this piano concerto from the blu-ray of Abbado conducting in Lucerne with Yuja Wang at the piano, but I am again impressed by Prokofiev's music in this video. The acoustics of the Odawara San-no-maru Small Hall are also excellent.
