Thank you for sharing this. I showed this to my wife as she has struggled with this her whole life. Frustrating at times but, as you said, not the end of the world. We all have different kinds of shortcomings and just have to find a way around them.

A friend suggested i should invest for the long haul, i shouldn't get too greedy and don't get scared ,but the problem is that i don't really have any clue on investing.

The person who starts simply with the idea of getting rich will succeed also you must have a larger ambition,every once in a while,the market does something so stupid it takes your breath away.

Anyone who is not investing is missing a tremendous opportunity, i really fear for a future without investment.

Very well said - I come home from events with a ton of notes, and really and truely in an existing business, you will only be picking one or two things to implement, but often those get put on the to do list until they just become not relevant any longer. For the new investor, I really like how you lay out your frameworks in easy to understand steps so they CAN BE IMPLEMENTED.

Thanks for sharing your personal experiences. We often face similar challenges because of the human element and how a decision may impact them positively or negatively. We don’t push any decisions from a homeowner because ultimately we want to walk away from a situation that both parties are happy with their decision. We’re obviously in business to make a profit but we’re in it for the long haul and if your guided by those principles then you’ll make a sound decision that’s fair and equitable for everyone involved.

We like to make sure and take a ton of photos - sometimes I do all the photos and the go to the car to take notes on my worksheet, just to make sure I have not forgotten anything so I can go back in while I am still there. I usually leave the flashlight sitting in the kitchen and have to go back for that.
