Hi, any update on your Cannatrol experience ? Still Bad or did you fix anything to get a nice outcome ? @Brent Wolfe
@Fernando_WoolyboogerАй бұрын
I've read comments that their bud just smells green and is not terpy when run through a cannatrol. Has that been your experience? The dry/cure concept that it markets sounds cool and makes me want to invest in one, but I have concerns.

If you need a $1600 box to dry and cure then you’re hopeless
@novafiddler171223 күн бұрын
Not everyone has the ability to create the correct conditions drop a room to 68 degrees indefinitely to properly cure and I'm tired of relying on paper bags to cure. If youre mad you cant afford it, just be mad you cant afford it and STFU. Or maybe you can release a video on how you cure? Till then, be quiet when adults are speaking.

Not true .. this phase is the most crucial . It's almost impossible to dry and cure at the 60/60 method when not in winter

thanks for making this video which has been very helpful for me! One tip i could offer after doing the job, is to just go ahead and completely remove the sway bar (after popping up the passenger side tie rod end, it slides out pretty easy thru that side after taking off the bushings). It provides so much more space, and makes it unnecessary to lower the subframe or anything like this (as i've seen so many suggestions to do this).

Great advice on the location of the bleed screw. Another site of supposed professional mechanics that try to sell their advice swore there was no bleed screw and that the system would bleed itself. Well it doesn't - you try that and it just overheats because the hot fluid is never getting to the thermostat with all that air trapped in there..... My bleed screw was in the same spot but was a 10mm socket because it's a 2006 Grand Prix, but same idea. Thanks. You saved me a lot of hassle.

You're doing it wrong. You absolutely don't need the Grove bags afterwards. They are a waist if you have a Cannatrol. Just put the bud in a hemp or paper bag and leave in the machine. The Grove bags are not for long term storage, only curing which you've already done. Leaving your bud in the Grove bags will dry your bud out.

Question? How are you going to store the kolas that won't fit? Capacity looks to be 200-250gr. max. If you're able to control VPD in your grow area, (Cannatols VPD is .9 btw!) you're already golden. Not to mention, you could get a good freeze drier and a rosin press for less $. Dew point is linear with VPD. (Fact check this!) You could modify a wine fridge with AC Infinity's controller 69 pro, their smart outlet uis controller and their humidifier bada bing 💯✌️🦚
@b_lumenkraft2 ай бұрын
The shelves can be varied. There are double the slots than there are shelves. If you need more room in hight, you can let 2 slots empty instead of 1. And no, you can't modify a wine fridge. You want to look up Active Water Content in this regard. With a wine fridge, you only keep drying it as long as it's in there. But you want the drying to stop at some point.
@billybudz2 ай бұрын
@@b_lumenkraft the cannatrol has a humidifier in it as well as the dehumidifier from the AC condenser. It's a repurposed wine fridge with a humidifier. Fact check!💯✌️🦚

Thanks for the video. I just completed this repair. The transmission dipstick kept the line from coming out of the rack. Did you bend the dipstick tube? I didn’t want to cause a leak at the base of the dipstick tube. I had to remove the return line, in order to give me more room but still had to use a soft sided pry bar to get the pressure line fitting out of the rack. Fortunately I have strong hands as I had to pry the new line back in to the rack. The return line wouldn’t screw back in until I was able to wiggle the line, underneath the ps pump. I went to the salvage yard and removed the line there, to make sure it was doable but it did not help with my actual repair, especially the difficult reinstall. But it is back together now.

Great Job! It's amazing how on one hand someone can take very good care of their controller and someone else in the world might as well have dumped their Coke down the left side and into the joystick area. I've had experience with both of these scenarios. The former almost 10 years ago, the latter just a few weeks ago. The first one I bought I ended up modifying it to use (mostly) genuine arcade parts. The latter I want to keep as stock. As a bonus to anyone reading this who is interested in picking one up or already has one, the ball top is interchangeable with genuine Sanwa ball tops as well as bat tops (adapter included) without any modification. I myself have always been a bat top player so the fact that you can so easily switch is Asciiware's attention to detail and even consideration for us consumers.
