There's a lot of people, including me, who pay good money to see Dustin perform. I hope they realize how good of a talent they have the privilege of getting to watch every Sunday in their church. Too bad Mark Driscoll ran him off.

I went to the Mars Hill Campus where he was leading worship a few times when we lived in the area. Very nice guy. I still like his music.

If people don't know about Dustin, he is the front man for a VERY good and popular band called Thrice. Their album Vheissu has a lot of biblical references. And Major/Minor, specifically Words in the Water. He's a big deal.

Mark Driscoll is an agent of Satan DESTROYING disciples of Jesus and not making disciples that he could drive this amazing man and disciple of Jesus away from Christianity. I'm a devout, God-fearing man that lives Jesus and will proclaim it to anyone He's my Savior and my ONLY way into Heaven, but F*** Mark Driscooll. Thrice is my favorite band of any time and is a shame Dustin was driven away from Christianity, because of the sort excuse for a man Mark Driscoll. He IS an agent of Satan, and I pray Dustin finds Jesus Christ again, because he was given such an amazing talent and bright so many people to Jesus Even with his biblical references in his Thrice albums.

Can only pray for him, also this should be a lesson to our Christian leaders that what they do impacts souls other than theirs and they will be accountable for those they turn from Jesus.

Brian Ichelberger (bass player here) is the unsung hero of all these old Mars Hill artists. he can play anything and you can hear his soul in pretty much everything that came out of this era of worship music. Violin and Keys for citizens, violin for KingsK, keys for Dustin, The entire Sing Team project. He helped co-write so much with everyone too. Dude's a master

Crazy. Had no clue. Mars Hill really was something special among all the mega churches. Shame it had a cancer growing in it because Driscoll couldn’t acknowledge his own pride and contentiousness. Built the church around himself and it collapsed when he dipped. Love these videos.

I remember our band covering this at a youth camp all the way over in Perth Western Australia so many years ago. Loved this song so much. King's K influenced so much of what we did - all the arrangements and instrumentation were always so inspiring.

I absolutely loved when this song was played. It was by far my favorite worship song we had there. A few bands could just BELT it out like you guys. I loved when I knew that song was being played at the first services when I knew I'd be there all day with PM. I got it hear it 4 times in one day a couple of times! Man, we had such a good things going there for a while. Christ worked through so many souls in Sea-Tac back then. We used to bring truck loads of dudes from the Army barracks at Fort Lewis on Sundays to church. "Wake up, sober up, time to pay the Lord his due!" Man, what a great time.

What a shame about Mars hill. Such a different voice among all the shallow mega churches. Sound teaching, Christ centered music, and a force making more people aware of reformed theology. One dudes pride and toxicity had to ruin it all
