I enjoyed playing the RDO storyline, it seems as though R* will never allow players to resolve the Jessica LeClerk issue. I really wanted to know the conclusion to the story, and I guess we never will.

No. Apparently, it just gives you another task to do and prove Nail's uselessness. But the mechanics have improved though
