I like learning about electrical standards in other countries. I'm in USA so we use 120 for general purpose and 240 for heavy duty applications. I am curious about Liberia because the literature I have read has shown 110 and 220 for Liberia and several different plug types. A and B as used in USA, as well as C, E, and F, as in European countries.

This is the reason why Africa will always be on the bottom because as black people all we wake up and think about is ourselves we think of ways to cheat other black people. We are just to stupid to understand that together we can live very very comfortable. Nobody want to bring their money and abilities to Africa to get cheated and you don’t know who to trust because everyone claim to be the truth. Given how wet the ground was where the fence fell over. About the only way to build would be to use precast posts and sections as foundations, driving the posts several feet into the wet ground.

Poor engineering practice, column main bars too short, no provision for continuity (lap length)

Correction will be made. We are going to be switching from 8" blocks to 6" block for the upper level so left the steel short to make that adjustment in the pillars but thanks for your input.
