It is really funny what you say because in reality, Austria Hungary and Serbia Started the war. Also the only reason germany lost is they were outnumbered and was fighting against the UK,USA,CCCP or Russian Empire and France

The Austro-Hungarian Empire started the First World War, supported by the German Empire... after the assassination of their Archduke Franz Ferdinand in Sarajevo, by the hand of a Bosnian independence fighter Gavrilo Princip. Italy, by winning that war, regained the territories occupied by the Austrians since the time of the Italian Risorgimento, that is, its independence. I would like to point out that on the Italian fronts after Caporetto the Austro-Hungarians were supported by German troops, then came their defeat. The Germans, Austrians (General Conrad) and Hungarians despised Italy and its fighters, considering them inferior, but... In any case, what I wrote about the "Superior Race" that was guilty of horrendous crimes remains. I would like to point out that I am not Jewish...

That’s a fine cut blazer being worn by the navy officers. Very well cut. I would happily wear that as a walking out jacket minus the bling. I think there was a Saville Row equivalent in Berlin. Pity the Kaiser rocked up to the Isle of Wight regatta in the wrong type of footwear and was made to look a complete fool. I actually think we should have stayed out of the war and watched them slog it out. The French never really appreciated our assistance and we should have sat back and taken advantage of the situation.

It probably would have been a lot better for the world if Germany had defeated France in the 40 days they thought they could. The British would have gone home - they were already planning a retreat to the channel and an evacuation just prior to the first battle of the Marne. With a quick German victory there would have been, no civil war in Germany, no Nazis, no great depression, no fall of the Romanovs and rise of communism in Russia or elsewhere, no WWII, no Holocaust, no disintegration of Austria-Hungary, no demise of the Ottoman Empire nor the subsequent conflicts in the Middle East through to today.

this event appears to be included in All's Quiet on the Western Front - the 1979 adaption not the recent GERMAN PROPAGANDA VERSION - the same background music is playing - the soldiers are aligned and respond in the same manner - in the film the Kaiser is in a car not on foot and he is led by two bizarre and Nazi looking motorcyclists which had to have been inspired by Hitler rather than historically accurate - the Kaiser does indeed pin medals to soldiers lapels also as shown here - whether these two events in film and historical are one in the same I have not researched yet - the Kaiser likely visited other areas of the Front - can we claim that somewhere in this footage stood Erich Maria Remarque the soldier-novelist ?

There is many films of troop inspections by Kaiser Wilhelm, this is just one of them. We are locating them one by one through our research project. It is surely plausible he was here but keep in mind the Army was 13.5 million soldiers so it is unlikely.

"True or not, this is certainly a statement worth considering in the scholarship." NOT - the unending line of German Apologists / Historian Revisionists is NEVER without die-hard advocates no matter how damning the overwhelming evidence to the contrary - they will ignore 1000 pieces of documented evidence to uncover and disseminate one sentence taken out of context and reconstituted to adhere to their narrative to argue the opposite of TRUTH - propaganda is alive and well for the IDIOTS who swallow it without asking question - the notion of "scholarship" has been grossly undermined in western Universities as "emotions" have overridden FACTS - your video summary is BS - I call BS when I see it

His actual delivery, though, was by a German doctor who is the one that damaged the arm in the breech delivery. Hypoxia during the birth probably left him with mild brain damage. Remarkable how a difficult birth had such extensive negative consequences on world history, the echoes of which affect us today, 160 years later.

I am very interested in the late period of WWI and early interwar period, where many nation-states had come into existence, some were quashed by greater powers, some manage to survive against all the odds Some of them managed to thrive and become very successful economically in interwar period, like Czechoslovakia, Poland, etc. They designed and built their own aircraft and other equipment. Many other nations' armed forces were composed of tanks, guns and aircraft designed and built in Czechoslovakia or Poland. ZB-26 and ZB-38 light machine guns, designed in 1926 and 1938 respectively, were used until the 1950s in many wars in China, Africa, South America. Many small European nations such as Greece and Romania had squadrons of Polish-designed planes. Nazi Germany's armored force mostly had Czech tanks stolen during the occupation in 1939, before they began to domestically design and produce tanks at a mass scale.
