Hi! Thank you for such a very informative post about Accounts Receivable Processes! May I ask how you deal with a non-paying/non-responsive overseas customer? We catered and agreed to lower (by half) the monthly payment this customer initially agreed to pay. Now, he won't even respond to our emails and reminders anymore. He has not sent any payments in months. What should I do as an AR staff?

This is exactly the sort of information I need to take my business to the next level. Now I know my Percentage Net Income, how can I compare that to other similar companies, so I know if I'm operating more or less efficiently than others in the same field?
