Excellent presentation, lots of great new things coming in CSDM5 (ideation for me, but clarity around Technology Management / Service Operations is very welcome (along with Service Instance terminology, hopefully, and easier understanding around Digital Products and roles). I'm still working on some examples around WAN-site operations, from wired and wireless services for our workforce (internal consumers), and splitting out those CIs as well as the management platforms used (Mist, Aruba, Juniper, etc.) and supporting software platforms that enable it, from configuration management, backup, event monitoring and syslog stuff, etc. and it's all just very complicated. :) But the layout here and tooling definitely feels like a light at the end of the tunnel, and most of what I'm doing can be achieved with CSDM4 (and some milestones I'm looking forward to in 5 is mostly Ideation and the clarity around some older terms. Thanks for posting and sharing so many great lessons and answering questions!

Is Service Mapping here only referring to Top down service mapping? We can still expedite service mapping with manual method via service population choice list. This technique still works to some extent where in house products do not have in built discovery patterns.
