BTW , the switch is closed open circuit. You can just cut the wires. Put an on / off switch in its place if you want. My sensor bracket had cracked and I just pulled it out . Bad design. The sensor also had freyed wires going into it. Was driving me crazy. Intermittently going on.

I don't think that round plastic part is available separately. It's like a plastic washer. You can get a similar thing in hardware market, but without a fixable stem. Use a hot glue gun and also tape it up in it's place. Should work fine. Mine is still working. Share, subscribe and support 😊
