for everyone wondering why the option to migrate didn't pop up for them is because you need to have the X|S bundle for GTA (xbox one & xbox series bundle). that's one of the factors! my husband tried migrating his xbox gta account to the ps5 he has now & it didn't pop up, that was the reason for us (he didn't have the X|S series on his xbox).
