@@yerkees01 The RS1 runs occasionally when there main locomotive 2112 is out of service. But the RS1 can be active when needed as seen here

The best way to tell them apart is to look at the truck design because the Dash 9s have the more modern GE HiAdhesive trucks. Their radiators look about the same

As info 648 was Donated by Seaboard System Railroad to the Early Florida railroad museum in 1984 it was moved to the museums various homes several times before its repaint and restoration to operating condition which happened at the big bend power plant in Gibsonton Fl. Here it was paint back ACL and ran for the first time since it’s donation. It was still in Seaboard coastline colors when donated. The photo you have of her being painted is actually inside the big bend power plant and that is I believe Bill Maddocks truck beside it. It’s was sold to the Sand and Silica company where it still operates as mentioned today in Davenport Florida. It was sold to help fund the move of the museum from the Big Bend power station to the Current Museum operations between Parrish and Willow Florida

Yea, we’ll not anymore, the Raleigh and Fayetteville bought the trackage. This video is old so that’s why you can see it running through there and yea CSX and AR run most often there

We’l kind of. Lead motor is a YN3B ES44AH, 2nd motor is a YN2 AC44, and 3rd motor is a YN2 C40-8W
