This is my Dad! Thank you for capturing this moment. He started on the railroad in Michigan with my Grandpa the year I was born (1977). My Grandpa was an Engineer too. Thank you again! 🚂

The Engineer on this trip made his final run after 40 years,last run he had the railroad all the way.pretty cool.
@TobyPasmanАй бұрын
It was appropriate for the Clinchfield heritage unit to lead the train because from Elkhorn City, KY onward to Kingsport, TN, the tracks are the former Clinchfield Railroad mainline

whats funny is i used to live in ashland for many years and at timestamp 1:45:43 my bus used to drive through that crossroads since my house was just to the right and i used this long straight on the tracks or road to walk to work. good memories and bad of the cold winter days and the hot summer days walking through town
