You can use wholeberry cranberry sauce to save time; not quite as good, but very festive !

I think cooking apples before is unnecessary...they will cook while it bakes...till crust is done, the apples are done...as long as they are sliced thin like you did

Frying garlic in a pan is not the roasting it. Roasting is done in the oven.

My hamburger pizza recipe. Flour, water, salt to make the pizza dough. Add no yeast. Then grease your pizza pan so the dough doesn't stick and then spread the dough to form a thin pizza and then cook it in the oven until the doughs cooked on both sides. Now top the pizza with a thin coating of tomato paste, then oregano flakes and or oregano powder thinly dashed over the tomato paste, then crumbled up cooked hamburger that's been salt and peppered, then top it off with sweet onions, black olives, mushrooms, green peppers and thinly sliced zucchini. Then covered over with sharp and or medium cheddar cheese and whatever other types of cheeses you like. Then bake until the veggies are slightly cooked. Then slice and chow down.

Was wondering why my store bought grated parmesan cheese wasn't melting on pizza, guess it just takes longer than the pizza bake time to truly melt into the other cheese. Interesting.
@sipbitego
@sipbitego 12 күн бұрын
It’s not really a melting cheese either like mozzarella or fontina or Gruyère or cheddar would be on pizza ! A little finely grated but not as the main cheese. Watch my pizza videos !

Not sure how I feel about this shredder yet, though since I often make pizza, mexican food, and baked italian dishes, grating by hand is tedious and even painful, taking a long time and I prefer redirecting that time into other aspects of home cooked meals. This shredder makes short work of all cheeses, though it may take longer to clean that it would to hand shred small amounts of cheese. The you are left with short curled shreds, rather than longer shreds as typically received from hand shredding. Turning down the speed does not help. In theory, maybe it melts faster, but I don't like the presentation if you will. The hopper is smaller than anticipated, so you do have to reduce most cheeses to fit. Finally, you need a pretty large bowl, even put it on top of a box or the like to catch. Finally, the cheese does not exit cleanly, so again that means cheese loss. It would be nice to have it fade down for better evacuation and less lost cheese. In that regard, a nice rotary hand shredder may actually do a better job and provide the traditional long straight shreds of cheese, but this does pretty well, and best of all, you never have to waste time manually shredding cheese as this is fully automatic.
