No. I originally pulled it from CSPAN's site years ago. Looks like they no longer host it. Not even available on Congressional House site - only goes back to 2015. Do a search for the title of the hearing "FROM AL-SHABAAB TO AL-NUSRA: HOW WESTERNERS JOINING TERROR GROUPS OVERSEAS AFFECT THE HOMELAND". At least the transcripts are available. Good luck.
