Does anyone know the name and author of this piece? Where can I find it? Shelby Bloomer
@John.Rademacher5 жыл бұрын
The title is "For Crying out Loud" and the author is Shelby Bloomer, the young woman giving the speech. You can find it at the top of this page, just press play.

@@John.Rademacher do you know if it is a published work? In our state, we have to perform published works. I pressed play. I know Shelby is the performer.

@@lisaward2026 Original Oratory, are pieces written by the performer, I believe you are confusing this with OD -(Declamation)
@lisaward20265 жыл бұрын
@@michellelopez7801 We did not know that this was Original Oratory. It came up under Poetry. I have spoken with the author. Thank you!

Do you mind if I use this script as a Standard Oratory?
@MadisonWest4n68 жыл бұрын
What do you mean by that? I'm not familiar with "Standard Oratory".
@nuansd8 жыл бұрын
Madison West Forensics I'm not sure if it's an event in your state, but in Oklahoma 9th and 10th graders are encouraged to take an event known as a "Standard Oratory," where they recite someone else's speech. Most commonly used are Original Oratories and famous speeches.
@MadisonWest4n68 жыл бұрын
It sounds just like the NCFL category Declamation. And yes, feel free to use it. It's the speech she used in Original Oratory for the 2015 season, but if you want to cite a specific occasion, you can say it was given at the 2015 Wisconsin State Forensic Tournament, April 11, 2015. Good luck and let us know how you do with it.

I hope everyone realizes that the Super Cool Action Voice man was completely interpreted and created by the performer. Was not in the script. This is the definition of Interp.

I saw someone do this literal exact performance in my school. They even had Super Cool Action Voice Man. They must have used this video as a guide to the tee lmao
