@Jack Huang I have a bluetooth OBD2 (Vgate iCar Pro Ble4.0) module and I want to connect it to the multimedia Mekede M6 Pro Plus , but I have a problem! The multimedia detects the OBD module (Android-Vlink) but does not want to connect to it. Vgate iCar Pro Ble4.0 module is working and I use it with my GSM Android Phone. The module responds to a connection with code 1234. I changed the code in the multimedia menu, but without result for the connection with the OBD dongle. The bluetooth connection of the multimedia only connects to the bluetooth of the phone. Please solve the problem, do you have a solution for this?

Installed the device and my NTG 3 system started flickering didn`t stop and i went to Mercedes since i noticed some of my car features stopped working, they did a diagnostic on my car and there was a lot of CAN bus issues caused by the Mekede android device, they advised me to remove it since the car was dangerous to drive with all the can bus issues generated by the android device and for those that doesn`t know what can bus is, its Mercedes electrical network which is the network for everything related to electrical features in the car. I tried to get Mekede to refund me or at least replace the device, but they are just stalling, i have sent the device back to China and now it has been in a post office in Shenzhen for over a month and no one on mekede will take accountability. I have spent 488 euro on the device, 500 euro for installations, 500 euro troubleshooting in Mercedes and 80 eur to send the device back to Chin where i belongs. When it works it’s probably good but when it doesn’t its dangerous to use and Mekede does not take accountability for anything if it goes so far that you want a refund or a replacement. My advice is buying the same unit from someone else that can give you the support and guarantees needed if it doesn’t work! By the way i have Mercedes S500 modell W221
