I only wish I could download the photographs of these defective cabinets, spent over $14 thousands for wicker… quarter oak cabinets arrived with 2 different interior woods, shattered side construction, non matching grain, wrong sizes, top crown mounding extra large instead of approximately 3” height, one front door with a dark horizontal scratch… my kitchen is small 10x10 … they have absolutely NO QUALITY CONTROL! They will replace 5 cabinets, top moulding, and 1 front door … it will take 7 weeks for this! By that time my contractor has other jobs … he could not put my tile on… new appliances in ….without these cabinets so here I wait … my appliance will sit in my garage while I have my interior wall painted and floor refinished in my new home … with lowe’s , and kraftmaid not giving a damn as to my dilemma! 😭

Never again. My cabinets were delivered with so many defects, I ended up returning my entire kitchen to Lowe’s, then reordered and again, received a kitchen with junk stuck in the paint, cracks, scuffs and even holes. Kraftmaid used to be a great company. Y’all have let us down. I will never buy your products again.

Their quality is not what its cracked up to be. I really think it stems from rushing the process to meet production rates and employees really don't care.

I live near KraftMaid, have their cabinets and was in their plant for a job interview. All I can say is that I was not at all impressed with their construction techniques. The assembly area was a total sweat shop, everything was fastened with "Hot Snot" and staples. Very disappointed to witness.

Really bad quality cabinets. Don’t last. Thermofoil peeling off. Don’t be fooled by their “lifetime warranty “. It doesn’t cover anything.

I just installed a Blum servo and had the same issue with my drawer leaning. The quality control at Kraftmaid leaves something to be desired. You can remove the plastic L bracket cover that holds the drawer face to the drawer and adjust the face of the door if the grey adjusters on the track (near the orange release levers) do not allow you to adjust it as much as is needed.

I just received a KraftMaid order. Every cabinet we opened was damaged. I stopped opening them, they can keep their garbage. I was a customer, not their quality control.

We had damage on every single cabinet. Drawer tracks ripped from wood, cracked frames, and so many chipped corners. They shipped tiny trim pieces in huge "suspend-a-pack" boxes but then threw the cabinets into boxes with only corner foam. They are replacing the damaged products, but we still have to bring the cabinets back to where we bought them which isn't easy.

So.. I purchased this unit. It came in two boxes, one had the cabinet and wastewater unit, without the front door. The other had the front door to the cabinet. However, for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to attach it to the cabinet. Anyone, please help. Thanks

I just received my fifth shipment of cabinet doors because they came in with a bad finish in February. The first one I opened today was cracked and had a bad finish. Something is wrong with the finishing process. I'm so tired of this company.

We purchased Kraftmaid cabinets from Home Depot. They were not inexpensive, almost $20,000. plus another almost $6,000. for installation and we don't have a large kitchen. We are extremely disappointed with the quality. Side panels and accessories do not match the cabinet front and appear to be made from a different material. Both Home Depot and Kraftmaid are offering no solutions. We are being forced to hire a custom cabinet shop to fix the problems, without knowing if we will be adequately compensated for the cost, not to mention our time and inconvenience while our kitchen is demolished. Very sad to see both these companies failure to take responsibility for their product. My recommendation is not to buy cabinets from Home Depot or Kraftmaid. They will rip you off by selling you one thing and delivering another.

I have the same problem with my new cabinets from Kraft Maid. The Kraft Maid rep came out with a Home Depot manager and to remedy the poor seems on the sides of the cabinets they told me I can install side panels. When we ordered the cabinets we told the Home Depot designer that we did not want the false door panels, but now we are forced to have them installed to hide the poor workmanship. One of the cabinets has a notice chip in it. When I showed it to the rep who came out he told me it can be touched up with the kit that came with the cabinets. Some of the doors and draw fronts have dents in the wood that they are replacing but I have to wait for them and then have to have my carpenter come back to have them installed along with the handles. If you want great cabinets look into fabuwood or American Woodmark just don't buy them from Home Depot.

What I realized about my corner cabinet was that, it is not the self itself but the lighting inside the cabinet that bothered me. I can't access things because I can't see things. So i installed $10 rechargeable led light in my corner cabinet and it works like charm. I store the surplus dry pantry in there, I reach out only when my jars need refill. I.e. like once a week.

This video is a joke craftsmanship is not there found many warp pieces in every cabinet door I opened in a large kitchen out of defect in it they had to replace every door had deep scratches under clear coats and paint inconsistency the very poor quality finished doors don't buy craftmade

Bunk craft made cabinets 20 years ago spent $12,000 on them back then which is a lot of money never have had one door with the correct finish in it they was Dove gray and every door had a bad finish they replaced over half the cabinets and every cabinet door and refunded over half of my money because of poor workmanship and quality still not satisfied at the 20 years plus the finish changes colors after years and then been well took care of as directed would never buy craft made again in my life
