It's funny hearing him talk about where I grew up in the Quad Cities. He is right about there being nothing there. He recorded at the Daytrotter studio in Rock Island, IL, one of the four cities that make up the Quad Cities (Bettendorf, Davenport, Rock Island, and Moline). Boring as area, but everyone that still lives there seems to love it. Quite the community, but I only go there to visit family. It would have been dope to see Evan Weiss play there before he got to where he is at today. Seems like a cool dude.

dont get me wrong, i fucking love Ace Enders and TEN but why does he have to sing it so like wierd and pronounce the words like that? i guess he's trying to stylize it a little bit and add some flair that isnt on the recording, but i think it was a little too much. either way, amazing song, amazing band, i wish i was there.

I realize that you commented on this video a year ago, but I didn't have my KZbin account tied to anything I check regularly and I'm just seeing this -- the easiest way to track tour dates is to join last.fm. Tie it to your iTunes so it scrobbles the music you listen to, then click "events" and let it make recommendations. Bandsintown is another cool app to track incoming shows with. I'm unfortunately not in the Baltimore area anymore.
