Probably won't be getting Acht until Splatoon 4 especially since the Switch 2 was revealed recently. As you probably already know the final fest in Splatoon 2 was Chaos and Order which they incorporated into both of the adventure modes in Splatoon 3. Which actually surprised me, because I thought they just did those themes for Splatoon 2 and weren't going to do anything else with them, since they had special gear based off of chaos and order already in Splatoon 2. Thankful they did because even though they unfortunately did not bring back the chaos and order gear from Splatoon 2 they did add in new chaos and order gear instead. And the final fest for Splatoon 3 was past, present, and future so we will probably get some kind of content continuing off of that. If you look at Acht she kind of has vibes from past, present, and future. She has futuristic shades and a futuristic bracelet. She has headphones which even though they are a common thing in Splatoon (even so much so to the point DJ Octavio calls you a hipster, lol) is a retro style, as most people do not use headphones anymore and instead use earbuds. Also, her dress and flesh are similar to a stereotypical witch's, which could be reference to the Salem Witch Trials which were obviously far in the past. And her boots are something that looks fairly normal for a modern-day person to wear and therefore could be representing present. Her style of hat is also something that people still wear modern-day. I think she will probably be the antagonist in Splatoon 4's adventure mode, because her name is Acht, which I think is a play on the word "act" meaning she is probably full of sh*t. But I also think she will be one of the announcers. Since, Deep Cut were both the announcers and a group of antagonists in the first adventure mode.

You have to win 20 matches to get all of the gear, same rule applies to all of the other amiibo. After 10 wins: clothing item, after 20 wins: headgear. First piece of gear (shoes) is available after initial setup as you see in the video

@novheakooij it doesn't have to be in a row, any 20 battles won will do, and as someone else mentioned you just have to go back to the amiibo box, scan the amiibo and you will get the rest of the gear

Maybe play the story mode?

Although while playing this game I noticed that if certain conditions are met, like beating the entire battle for this video and then restarting once I figured out all the exact patterns, beating the bosses kind of alters the sequence (ever so slightly) and so I had to learn the slightly new pattern again (to get this video) Also, be it due to server issues/disconnections, desyncs or another factor, some of the enemies, bosses and even Pokémon are affected and the "seed" that once was changes too or for the same reason I mentioned before which is defeating the enemy. I even had a situation where I beat the rivals Feraligatr and then accidently reset the fight since I dropped my phone on my keyboard, and when I started the fight again that Pokémon had three health bars instead of only two 😆

I just logged in to check and I think for this fight I was using Unbreakable Strength, Mark of Pride, Shaman Stone and Quick Slash

In a normal run I would just use the first 3 and maybe Spell Twister or another combo like Nailmaster's Glory / Grubsong

It's the play style it's different than other bosses in that you need to wait instead of being able to go full offense
