Thank you all for sharing this but I have trust issues with the doctors and the medicine I've been healthy all the way up to the age of 70. Like I've mentioned before at age 50 they said I had glaucoma. And they were talking about surgery and medicine then. And I said nah not going to happen. And I took my chances but I didn't have any effect for 20 years later and that's 70 years old. I'm not upset afraid of anything. But it's 72 when they were talking about doing surgery and the doctor that was observing me were two doctors. I think one of the guys was in training or something but he said to me could make my eyes worse. And when I let them do the surgery that's what happened it didn't come out too good. So now I have this apprehension about me. And I told you about the pills that you were taking I had issues with those also. And on top of that my blood pressure medicine can cause glaucoma. I researched that on my own cuz I say if there is a medicine that can lower your pressure that you can take orally. What medicine was I taking to increase my pressure and not know it. Found out that it was one of my blood pressure medicines that they don't tell you that kind of stuff. My eyes always ran water since I was a child but now it seems as though the eye they did the surgery on it is running water more. So I think I'm just going to have to open up to the doctors more and let them know about my apprehension and how we can best work together at resolving it. Because I know that there's no cure. And I feel the bottom line is. The only way that I don't go blind from the glaucoma is that I die first. Just been a realist 😀

Hello I'm pretty much enjoyed the video but the music was pretty distracting. I really don't use music because it might cause some kind of copy strike against you down the line and you really don't want any copies strikes when a research you to make you a KZbin partner. So I just stayed away from music all together because some people said that they would get music that said free copyright and it was still tagged so I stayed away from music all together
@Therileys13 күн бұрын
Hey there! Thanks for watching. You are absolutely right. That's why we don't use anyone else's music. Because it could come back around and mess you up. The music that we play in our videos is actually my husband's music that he created himself. He is a music producer who has a lot of tracks. Thanks for the heads up.🙂

What really has me messed up is at 50 years old my eye precious were left eye was 25 right eye with 35 they wanted to put me on medication then and do surgery of need to be put stents in. But I didn't do anything. But didn't have issues until age 70. So it took about 20 years to have any issues. With those pressures. I'm just having some kind of trust issues. I know that there's no cure for glaucoma. Even with treatment I can still go blind. And I'm concerned with the side effects of the medication. Because I talked the same pills that you did. And was having side effects so I stopped taking them. For some crazy reason I don't think that the pressure is the problem. I believe the pressure is helping to save the eye. Because it's so hard to control. I don't want to be a difficult patient . But I know the bottom line is that I have to live with my decisions not the doctors. And I realize also that there could be issues with the surgery. Just wanted to share with somebody's going through the same thing that I'm going through ❤️

Wow i'm sorry you're going through difficulties with your eyes. And I understand how it could be hard to trust anything. With your pressure being 25 in one eye, That's not really too high. If the doctors are able to stabilize it or even bring it down just a little bit with eye drops then that would be good. But 35 in the other eye will cause them to have a little bit of concern. So if you're taking drops and it's not bringing the pressure down, then they might Want to put a stint in it Just to help drain some of the fluid to help bring your pressure down and Stabilize. them. I do have a stint in my right eye. I got it put in about thirteen years ago and my pressure is still doing okay along with my eye drops. I've never had any issues with my eye drops but everyone is different. But those pills were no joke.And i'm glad I don't take them anymore Your absolutely right, There is no cure for glaucoma. But hopefully by taking our medication we Can hold on to our vision as long as possible. Thank you for sharing your story. God bless you.❤

I think it’s not OK that she made you feel like every time she did something for you. You had to do something for her, but we all need each other my injuries that are sustained from work I need help sometimes when I’m not in pain and they just assume I don’t need assistance when I do so we all need a little help sometimes I just don’t want nobody to make me feel Like Just because they did something for me when I needed them. I have to do something for them to repay it we have to do things from the heart.

Because of my albinism I was born legally blind. I was a mom of 3 in the 80’s . I was married at the time and my ex husband would help me reluctantly. My mom helped me too. I’m mostly referring to transportation. Like you I don’t/can’t drive. I had no Uber or Lyft either and taxi cabs are so expensive! I also loved being a mom but in ways it was very hard. Not because of not seeing well but mostly being married to an unsupportive partner. He used to tell me that if he finds out later in our life that I was faking being legally blind he would get really pissed. All I can say is I was way too young when I got married and chose the wrong person as my husband. I didn’t take into consideration his temperament and lack of interest in so many things. Now my kids are adults.

The reason why DoorDash can get on there and do what she does is because she started off posting videos about food delivery she was in the algorithm. She was posting about a topic that people were interested in. She’s telling you guys to just get on and randomly talk about life it’s not going to work like that. Actually, you have to present something that people are interested in And this is not going to last very long for her. She is getting so boring.

You guys was on my mind this morning when I was cooking my bacon and I decided to tell you that I don’t know if you’ve tried it but it’s a wonderful way to cook your bacon. You use those trays you let the top one sit on that bottom tray and the bacon drain and cook your bacon right in the oven. It’s easy you don’t gotta keep turning it and it cooks perfectly crispy
@Therileys16 күн бұрын
Yeah that's true. I've cooked bacon in the oven.But for some reason I just always cook it on the stove lol. When my husband cooks bacon he would cook it in the oven because it's easier for him. But you're right. It's easier and safer to cook it in the oven.

Basically, the way DoughDash does content is for Facebook, not KZbin. She ain't creating nothing but a bunch of scandals and schemes. Anybody can be lazy and turn on a phone and record. Facebook is full of them kinda people, yet here she is on KZbin being lazy and telling folks to be lazy and just watch the subs go up. If people wanna be lazy and not really produce content, Facebook still there.

Best wishes to you and your husband on your channel. 👍 I too watch Dough Dash and find her to be inspirational, encouraging and entertaining. From watching her, I was inspired to start my own channel. It is slow going but I am posting more so hopefully more people will find it and it will grow. Recently I seem to have picked up either a troll or just someone who likes to post negative comments about other channels. I have asked this person twice now to refrain from posting the comments but I likely am going to have to block them. My belief is that if you don’t like someone’s content, don’t watch them and move on. If a content creator is doing something that is outside of KZbin’s content creator guidelines, then report it to KZbin. If they are doing something inappropriate they will receive a warning and if the behavior continues, KZbin will suspend their channel. Dough Dash’s does not appear to have suffered any of this and she is still very active and her channel is growing. Blessings to you and your continued growth. 😊

I did get into my channel to be monetized soul saying don't worry about being monetized to me it was not part of it for one I love a challenge but I did not know how difficult it would be to be monetized. Another thing you want to be concerned with is to make sure you don't get any copyright strikes on your channel. So when it comes time to be monetized they won't monetize you because you had copyright strikes. So stay away from things like sub for subs and boost boosting your views I stay away from music. On my channel are anything I think might cause a copyright strike be sure to secure your channel do not have your email connected with your channel that you give to the public have a separate email. Because they can use the email to hack your channel.

To get my 4000 watch hours I went from posting one 1 hour video a day two 1 hour videos a day. You need 1300 views for 40 1 hour videos to get your 400 hours. KZbin seems to monitor everything where pretty much when you get your 1000 subscribers you're getting your 4000 watch hours at the same time. Remember that five people out of 100 become monetized on KZbin. Your niche is being visually impaired. Work on improving that content every day. Because someone like me felt that I had nowhere to really turn to for one I didn't trust my eye doctor
